'Toh Baat Pakki' is directed by Kedar Shinde. And he has come up with an interesting tale but then the resentation and narrative were not upto that level.
Story:
The story is set on the backdrop of the Saxena community and here is Rajeshwari (tabu) who is married to Vinay (ayub khan). Rajeshwari wants her sister Nisha (yuvika) to get married to the perfect groom in their community and she sees such a person in the form of Rahul (sharman). She gets him home as a paying guest and hatches a plan in such a way that both Nisha and Rahul meet. As expected, they fall in love and marriage gets fixed. Things take a turn when Yuvraaj (vatsal) arrives and Rajeshwari sees a much better prospect. What happens hereafter is to be seen on the screen.
Performance:
Tabu as always stole the show with her strong screen presence and uncanny sex appeal. Ayub Khan was average, Sharman was superb and did justice to his role, Yuvika looked awesome but not much for her in performance, Vatsal was alright, Suhasini was standard, Sharat Saxena was annoying, Upasna was noisy, the others need no mention here.
Music:
'Toh Baat Pakki' music is composed by Pritam Chakraborty. And for this movie background score was good but only one song was good, remaining were not upto the mark.
