Synopsis:
Director Govind Menon who made films like Khwahish and Danger is ready with his next film Kis Kiski Kismat - a romantic comedy that revolves around a diamond necklace. The film also marks the comeback of seasoned actor Dharmendra.

A millionaire Hasmukh Mehta's (Dharmendra) wife (Rati Agnihotri) buys an expensive necklace, which leads to heated argument between the couple. Mehta angrily throws his wife's expensive necklace out of the window during the tiff.

So far so good. The story takes and interesting twist when the necklace lands up on a working girl, Meena Madhok (Mallika Sherawat), who falls to the ground and spoils her clothes.

To rectify his odd behaviour Mehta buys matching earrings for Meena and present her the set. His friends and associates misinterpret his innocent gesture. They assume that Meena is his mistress. It complicates his married life too.

On the other Mehta's son Harish, (Siddharth Makkar), who is hell bent to prove himself, bumps into Meena and falls in love with her.
