Synopsis:

A young man Sunny trapped by emotions crosses the border and lands in Pakistan. There he encounters Rukhsar who was trapped in the fire to save the life of a child, he jumps in the fire, and, saves both of them.
He again encounters Rukhsar in a party and their love blossoms... And one day. She asks him to marry her, he reveals his identity that he is an Indian and he has come to Pakistan for a mission that shocks Rukhsar.
His mission concerns her father the man of great principals and morals who is a brigadier in Pakistani army.
She feels the sky has fallen on her and her dreams are crushed...
The love of Rukhsar and principals of her brigadier father comes face to face and this creates highly charged climax of 'Dil Pardesi Ho Gayaa'.
