Cast: Ashmit Patel, Rekha, Mahima Choudhary, Vasundhara Das, Kim Sharma, Sachin Khedekar Director:Amar Butala Producer:Amar Butala, Mejoo Khan Music:Iqbal Darbar, Yasin Darbar Date Of Release: Jan 5th, 2007

'Kudiyon Ka Hai Zamaana' is directed by debutant director Amar Butala. He has choosen a lame
script. His selection of cast is fine and all the artists are experienced. The director failed to impress the
audience with a slow pace direction.
Mayuri (Rekha), Natasha (Vasundhara Das), Kanika (Kim Sharma) and Anjali (Mahima Chaudhary).
Even though they are not of the same age, they have grown to be the best of friends. Anjali is the
cause of much envy for the remaining three. Anjali dates men all the time and has a lot of fun. She
always bets with others on almost everything and wins. The three want to beat her just once. Anjali
had once bet that she would never marry till she's 25 and so Mayuri, Natasha and Kanika decide to
find a man for her and win this one bet. Meanwhile, Anjali meets Amar (Ashmit Patel) and falls in love
with him. Mayuri, Natasha, Kanika find one man each to suit Anjali. Now Anjali has four men wooing
her. This dramatic confrontation tears the friends apart when Anjali realizes the game plan.
Performance:
Rekha does her job well. But her song in the second half is boring. Mahima looks gorgeous. One gets to see her frequent lip locks with Ashmit. Kim Sharma needs to learn a lot. Vasundhara Das is alright. Ashmit is okay. The emotional sequences between Mahima and Ashmit, are fine. The others are upto the content. Music by Iqbal Darbar, Yasin Darbar is interesting. Story, direction are adequate. The other technical aspects are just passable.
