Aamir Khan can't do without Shammi Kapoor 
Aamir Khan's favourite Kapoor is undoubtedly the ever charming, evergreen Shammi Kapoor. For Aamir, Shammi ji is his
lucky mascot and he never forgets to gift him the CD of his movie's music album. As the release of Peepli (Live) is drawing
close, Aamir will follow the tradition and will go and meet Shammi Kapoor personally, of course with the music CD of the
movie. A source tells a tabloid, Shammi ji is like family to Aamir and he will meet him before the music release of Peepli
(Live).
"Aamir doesn't want to break tradition. He has done it with 'Taare Zameen Par' and 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' and wants to do
it for Peepli (Live) as well." The movie features the music of rock band Indian Ocean. A gala event is planned for the music
launch along with live performances by the cast members. Villagers from Bidwai will present a special song along with the
main actor Raghuvir Yadav during the show. |
