Tannishtha heads to god's own country
Tannishtha Chatterjee is all set to go to Kerala for the schedule of her film, White Elephant, directed by Aijaz Khan. And she’s looking forward to enjoying the lush greenery whilst shooting just a few kilometres from Coimbatore.
"I have never been to this part of Kerala, though I have been to Thiruvananthapuram before when I was doing a project with famed danseuse Daksha Sheth’s dance academy there. This film is very exciting as it has a great script and an extremely talented ensemble cast. I am working with Prashant Narayanan, Neena Gupta and a host of other talents in the movie," says Tannishtha.
She is also working with Martin Sheen in British-Asian director Ravi Kumar's film on the Bhopal Gas tragedy which starts filming come October. And of course, promotional work on Sarah Gavarone’s Brick Lane, where she played the title role, starts in June when the she travels with the film all over the US.
