Anil raises fees to keep up with box office 'race' As all the A-league stars are raising their prices, Anil Kapoor is not far behind. After the success of his two recent films 'Welcome' and 'Race', the actor, it
is believed, has hiked his price from Rs 3.5 crores to Rs 10 crores now. Anil has been offered this price by Studio 18 for a film to be directed by Anees
Bazmi. This will be Kapoor’s third film with Anees after 'Welcome' and 'No Entry'. Trade sources reveal that producers are ready to pay his price because
his current films have created box office records. They are quite keen on his forthcoming venture Tashan, in which Anil has an interesting role. There are
lot of hopes pinned on this Yash Raj Production and Subhash Ghai’s Yuvraaj.
The actor, of late, has been experimenting with his looks and style for every film. It is said that he is all set to shock everyone with his shaved chest and
tattooed body in Tashan. Anil will be sporting a handlebar moustache for his role. If reports are to be believed, Anil plays an autorickshaw driver with a
crude sense of humour, and he speaks the street language. Anil has also been offered a two-film deal with Pyramid Saimira for Rs 14 crores. One of the
two films will be directed by Anees again.
