Madhur Bhandarkar has come back with a different story for 'Corporate'. The story revolves
around two leading industrialists. This is his second trilogy of straight-out-of-life films. The
movie has got a gripping plot. He succeeds in presenting a good movie.
Vinay Sehgal (Rajat Kapoor) is the MD of Sehgal Group of Industries and Dharmesh
Marwah (Raj Babbar) is the MD of Marwah International Pvt. Ltd. Both of them are powerful
and ambitious. There are many people working for these companies. Nishigandha (Bipasha
Basu) is a businesswoman with high aspirations to move to the top. She is at the center of
all the action. When the market opens up to international players, there is a tough
competition and the battle for supremacy begins. Both the parties embark upon a deadly
game of monopoly. Good stays no longer good. And how the common people are driven to
the side of insanity in the name of business, is to be seen on the silver screens.
Performance:
Bipasha did an excellent job. She is one of the important characters who drives the story.
Her character makes us realize that she is more than a glam-doll. Kay Kay Menon has got
small but a remarkable role. Rajat Kapoor did well as an industrialist. Raj Babbar suited well
for his role. Harsh Chhaya and Sandeep Mehta's performance is also noteworthy. The
technical crew have also did a good job. Music by Shamir Tandon is pleasant. Mahesh
Limaye's cinematography is interesting. Direction and screenplay have got its own importance.
